Customer data is retained soley by us in order that we can maintain our relationship with you.

CUSTOMER RECORDS

We routinely handle sensitive records. Great care is taken to maintain the record’s integrity and confidentiality. All customer content is controlled and managed for return to the customer, or destruction beyond recognition. No information may leave our facilities otherwise. Training is a continual process and adherence is re-evaluated regularly. In addition to psychological job matching, all employees complete extensive background checks.

Other scanning service bureaus choose to send documents to the Philipines or India for indexing. We do all our work in the USA, under the full protection of US Privacy and Trademark laws.

NON-DISCLOSURE / BA AGREEMENTS

The company will agree to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Business Associate Agreements (HIPAA).
