Peter Frix, CDIA, CEIRM has been a digital systems filing consultant since 1990. We serve public agencies, law firms and multi-national corporations with the largest North American market shares. Current and past clients include:

This business began at our children’s study desk. A global software company needed a simple administrative process perfectly done. After 18 months, 22 employees were working inside our average home. We expanded with acquisitions. Three offices were co-located into the current Lynnwood building.
I am proud of ‘who’ we are. Customer retention is 92% after 5 years. Staff tenure exceeds 6 years. It’s become a passion to improve a customer’s operations with one concept – aerodynamically filing a document so they ‘get more done in less time’. ©

Matt Frix has performed full-time in Operations since 2016. Growing up in the business, his orientation to our services was also developed through first hand experience.
Matt oversees all aspects of Production, Support, and improvement of internal operations. He has direct oversight of each project for Professional Services, System development and Document conversion. He ensures the match between our performance, your expectations and the actual result.
