Electronic Records Support – 5pm PDT Wednesday, 03/25/2020
In order to support what are considered essential industries and Government Agencies, the FreeDoc ® primary service center is making an adjustment in our operations effective at 5pm PDT Wednesday, 03/25/2020. This adjustment is to remain in place for a temporary period, until lifted by order of the state and federal agencies.
Industries and Government Agencies considered essential are being notified that our production facility is going to receive FedEx shipments on a reduced weekly schedule for processing of their records.
Our Technical and Document Support staff are available by remote access through normal channels.
