Mr. Frix is a Certified Electronic Information Records Manager and Certified Document Imaging Architect.  Mr. Frix has forty-one years’ experience using file structures to manage regulated records and information.  He is experienced in developing and integrating remedial solutions to improve day-forward efficiency.

Prior to 1999, Peter was an Fortune 200 National Accounts Manager serving global and national corporations, public agencies, and regional hospitals (Evergreen Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, St. Joseph Medical Center, and VA Puget Sound Health Care).

In 1999, Peter led a team to integrate OpenText document management with the accounting software at Microsoft®.  Soon, the customer requested work beyond the original scope.  This led to serve the first customer with these additional services.  The 2nd project was Ben Bridge Jewelers, followed by Microsoft® Legal and Corporate Affairs Dept.

In 2002, the company became a certified reseller for KOFAX and OpenText software.  In 2004, the company was certified to represent FileBound Cloud software.  In 2015, the company was certified to represent Laserfiche ECM software in support of the Washington State Contract (requiring all public ECM’s to be certified compliant with DoD 5015.2).  Today, FreeDoc® is recognized as a Laserfiche Premier Partner.

As Managing Consultant, Peter provides customers with remedial records solutions to improve access to documents at reduced expense.

Dr. William Saffady performs top level analysis of information management policies and practices.  As a worldwide authority and expert on records & information management, Dr. Saffady’s work examines the technical and system requirements for Enterprise Content Management systems (ECM).

An accomplished author of over 100 publications on information management and Professor of Library Sciences for institutions of higher learning (Long Island University, SUNY, Vanderbilt University), Dr. Saffady is dedicated to the study and application of Records Management.

Since 1976, Dr. Saffady has provided consulting services and training to US Federal and State government agencies, not-for-profit entities, cultural institutions, corporations, and other international organizations.
