Mr. Frix is a Certified Electronic Information Records Manager and Certified Document Imaging Architect. Mr. Frix has forty years’ experience working with file structures to manage regulated business records and information. He is experienced in developing and integrating remedial solutions to create forward-moving enterprise efficiency.

Prior to founding the company in 1999, Peter was an Ikon National Accounts Manager serving state and federal agencies, national corporations, and Puget Sound area hospitals (VA Puget Sound Health Care, Evergreen Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, and St. Joseph Medical Center).
The company’s very first customer was an integration consulting project for the accounting dept. of large software headquartered in Redmond, WA. The 2nd project was in that company’s Legal and Corporate Affairs dept. In 2004, Peter was selected to represent FileBound ECM software. In 2015, he was awarded authorization to also represent Laserfiche ECM software on the Washington State Contract (requiring all public ECM’s to be certified compliant with DoD 5015.2).
As Managing Consultant at FreeDoc ®, Peter works with US customers across North America desiring sustainable solutions to scale efficiency through compliance by identifying and structuring ‘unstructured’ information.

William Saffady, PhD

Dr. William Saffady performs top level analysis of information management policies and practices. As a worldwide authority and expert on records & information management, Dr. Saffady’s work examines the technical and system requirements for Enterprise Content Management systems (ECM).
An accomplished author of over 100 publications on information management and Professor of Library Sciences for institutions of higher learning (Long Island University, SUNY, Vanderbilt University), Dr. Saffady is dedicated to the study and application of Records Management.
Since 1976, Dr. Saffady has provided consulting services and training to US Federal and State government agencies, not-for-profit entities, cultural institutions, corporations, and other international organizations.
