As general microfilm usage declined, the expense began to increase. As technologies progressed FreeDoc ® maintained invested in solutions to preserve long-term records with relevant services.
By 2015, FreeDoc ® had developed a digital service for FERPA compliant web access to encrypted digital transcripts.
